This study focuses on endometrium receptivity, aiming to identify differentially expressed genes and associated pathways during the shift from the proliferative to the secretory phase. Researchers retrieved raw data from six GEO datasets, identified 705 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), and further validated 20 key genes in an additional dataset. These identified genes are considered major biomarkers for the transition between the proliferative and secretory phases.
